Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Triple 5 Industries B2159C parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Tsukasa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Trust parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Tsubaki product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tsukasa such as the TG30FBM120C7427A005810 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TrustTA620 manufactured by Trust and we are pleased to be able to service most Trust systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HMTA37055H50BZ by Manufacturer Tsubaki as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Trutzschler Brand DEA1949506230001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Trumpf such as 346602 equipment made by Trumpf have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Trumpf products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Trumpf" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TU80512 made by Sika as well as the popular E110700B400 original spares produced by Tucker

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the WP351X222 by Tsubakimoto and 346602 spares by Trumpf are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original KOM121 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Trutzschler.
